ago, these trees grew here. Now they are rocks.

Popeye in Arkansas

At the Popeye statue located in Alma, Arkansas, which calls itself the spinach capital of America. There are more statues erected to honor Popeye The Sailor Man than any other Sunday Funnies celebrity. Interestingly, all known statues are located in land-locked towns far away from any ocean.

The White House made out of pecan shells - somebody had a lot of time
on their hands!

Albert made out of tree bark and pecan shells - Lil Dude found this to
be pretty amazing and now wants one done of him!

At Acton State Park, the smallest state park in Texas and site of the grave of Elizabeth Crockett, widow of the Alamo hero Davy Crockett, and two of his children.

El Rancho Hotel in Gallup, NM.

At the famous El Rancho Hotel on Route 66 in Gallup, New Mexico. United States presidents and movie stars like John Wayne, Katherine Hepburn, Spencer Tracy, Errol Flynn, Kirk Douglas, Gregory Peck, and Humphrey Bogart have visited here. And so has Lil Dude!
